The Christie solder mask connection double-sided simultaneous exposure LDI equipment introduced by Kai Ji Circuit Board is developed by Christie Optics, a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in precision, fine, unique, and innovative technologies. It integrates multiple breakthrough technologies and precisely addresses the pain points of traditional industry processes.
Vertical dual-side simultaneous exposure overcomes traditional process challenges. Traditional LDI equipment often adopts a horizontal exposure design, relying on blower negative pressure to adsorb PCBs, which can easily lead to issues such as solder mask bleeding, oil loss, and copper leakage. At the same time, it cannot achieve dual-side simultaneous operation, limiting efficiency and yield. Christie LDI innovatively adopts a vertical upright exposure design, where the PCB has no contact with the platform during exposure, completely eliminating the dependence on blowers. This fundamentally solves persistent problems such as ink leakage and copper leakage, while achieving simultaneous dual-side exposure. Imaging consistency and process stability are greatly improved, and yield is significantly optimized.
The equipment achieves both cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, optimizing both aspects. With a connection length of only 2.85 meters, it saves over 50% of clean room space compared to traditional single-sided exposure LDI (6.0-7.0 meters), significantly reducing site costs. Additionally, it reduces the consumption of air conditioning cooling in the clean room, saving another 5-20KW per hour in energy consumption, highlighting its green and low-carbon attributes. Furthermore, the equipment eliminates the need for high-cost anti-adhesion cover plates (requiring replacement every 3-6 months), effectively reducing consumable expenses over the long term and creating considerable economic benefits for enterprises.
Adapted to high-end scenarios and expanding product boundaries, Christie LDI relies on a 405nm precise light source and a high-precision optical system. It is compatible with various photosensitive materials such as traditional dry film, wet film, and LDI-specific film, supports Gerber274X format file input, and can be widely applied in high-end PCB fields such as IC carrier boards, flexible boards, HDI boards, and ceramic substrates.
